Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need to know more.

1) Windows 10 version, please use Winver.exe for full Windows version numbers.

2) Windowblinds version.

3) Is the issue only happen in curtain style or all style? If curtain style please list down the style that have issue.

4) Need to know your monitor/s scaling applied. 100%,125%, or more

Thanks.

I have send in the report of the problem to Support and I believe they have note it. The temporary solution for it is to turn down the scaling to 200% or lower when doing the color change. And revert back to 300% after that is done.

Thank you.

Have you tried Windowblinds 11 yet? I test it on WB11 and look okay to me now.

Not sure how much, but, I do believe you can have discount if you own a previous version of Windowblinds. And it is an upgrade not an update.
