You are currently at your download limit. (31 / 30)

I don't think so. I've downloaded one cursor in the last 7 years.

Good to see you, Boney.  Been a while.  Hopefully you'll get this sorted once Stardock is back from vacay.

Hello,
I have forward your problem/question to Stardock Support Team for their assistance. Do note that Stardock is on Summer vacation, respond would be slow. Please keep an eye on this thread for any updates. We appreciate your feedback and patience.

Summer vacation? In the middle of a world wide crisis? Sounds like Congress.

If you did so, it was not under the email address your userName here is under - perhaps you did it under a different email address, on you use for PayPal for example.

Please PM me that email address, do not post it here in the forums.

Already done.  No change.

Would sending you more money fix the problem?  Thanks.

I don't show you as a subscriber or an active customer. Normally, that's going to implement download caps.

After over fifteen years here and hundreds of dollars spent, I have never had a download limit.  Look at what I have purchased over the years.  Today I have a download limit?  So you do want more money.  Just tell me what you want me to spend it on to keep you happy and I will comply.  Thanks.

Hi!  Anybody home?  Thanks.

A wincustomize subscription would work to eliminate caps and ads:

Yes, it would.  Why now after fifteen years?

I cant be certain but there has been some cleanup recently on how WC was verifying that access levels were correct.

If you purchase a product (such as WindowBlinds), you get one year of unlimited downloads. The same goes for a WC sub. Also, if you have an active Object Desktop membership.

After that time your account reverts back and you will be subject to download caps.

Hmmmm, so you are saying that since I have an Object Desktop Subscription I don't need a WC subscription Spencer? I have been purchasing both for many years. o_O

WC sub includes ad-free, unlimited downloads, master skin discounts, etc.

Having an active product: unlimited downloads for a certain time.

Not true.  That has never been true.  I have always had unlimited downloads.

So, when did this change?

So, when did this change?

A few years ago.  Purchasing a product is often a one-time thing, however server/band-width costs are on-going.

An on-going use of a service really needs to be balanced by an on-going subscription, otherwise access limits need to apply...:)
