Object Desktop always loading even when settings set to not load at windows starts.

In object desktop settings, I specify that I do not want OD to load when windows start, yet it always does.  Worse, even if I close it afterward by right clicking the icon in the tray icon and closing it, it comes back.

 

How do we prevent this zombie behavior and stop it from loading and respect the settings?

In OD settings make sure launch at Windows Startup is UnChecked .

It is unchecked.  I even rechecked-uncheked it many times to be sure it would toggle the flag.

Uninstalled and installed 4.02.  Made sure the settings are unchecked, I closed it, now waiting to see if it fix it.  So far so good, it's been 3 hours without it popping back
