This is the message I get, when I try to download said file....

 

"Sorry, this file is infected with a virus

WTF... -It does not contain a Virus o_O  hmm... (unless  all my protection Is malfunctioning)

What am I missing here, I click on the image that says "AnimStrip", and get nothing, double click on same image, and it opens up to tell me the Folder is "Empty", I don't get it, I know I'm old, but.... I'm not use to this type of way to get a file.  ;P  |-)  

is there a link to the site? |-)

Andy, you can rename the file from .exe to .png or something. Leave a note to change it back to .exe after download.  Zip it.  That should work, I have done it countless times.
