Taskbar Hiden

I just purchased this software and it appears to hide the bottom excel spreadsheet taskbar. When I have a window open and snap the window to occupy the top and bottom portion of my screen (Not full screen) this occurs. When I expand to the full screen the taskbar is fine. Is thr a setting I need to activate.. Thank You

This is a terrible application. I even noticed that when I double click the top window to fill the screen vertically it doesnt work????? Im telling everyone I know to avoid this software if you hope to keep windows functionality and clearly your not answering my initial question
It's impossible to help you if you don't provide the necessary/vital information to do so.
Press Windows key + R and type winver & press Enter. You will get a popup box similar to this one:
What we need to help you is for you to post here the full line you see on your computer that reads like you see here in the example above: Version 2004 (OS Build 19041.329)
Same thing goes for Groupy. Go to the About screen and post back here the version you have. (See example below.)

I don't use Groupy myself, but someone from Stardock will help you as soon as they see this. Please remember that it might take some time for that to happen, but hopefully you can work a few hours without Groupy's full functionality.

1) Please post some screenshots.
2) What is your MS Office versions?
3) Any specific reasons you are not updating to the latest Windows 10 version? Since most of Stardock software work best with latest official Windows versions. (v1909/v2004)

Is the snapping being done with the OS feature (which does corners only) or using FancyZones powertoy?
As Basj says a screenshot would be most useful here to show what is going on.

Thank you for the extra information.
We were able to reproduce this with the office apps, but not other applications like notepad, so we think we have an idea of whats going on.
There is an update to Groupy which is going out in beta today which will not resolve this as it was done prior to this report, but we will investigate resolving this for the next beta update which hopefully will be 1-2 weeks from now.
