Vertical PopOut

Just wondering is it possible to make a Vertical PopOut.

If so how is it done

I sorted it.

Because the theme I'm using the popout are horizontal bars it just gave me the impression that they were horizontal were as really they just appear. So I just made popout icon and a bar with more height than width and problem solved.
