I expect that the item mouseover on the right side gets chopped off on the top most item for you. That's because windows 7 reserves 40 pixels for the user icon even if it's hidden. You can easily "fix" it if it bugs you. Open the skin in skinstudio and move the right hand side top text margin down. You can do it incrementally, applying after a couple of pixels, until the mouseover is "whole" .

Thank you! The IP is Zippo Blu, a (mycolors premium, I think) theme made to promote the Zippo lighters back in 2008. Came with a very nice wb too, but since long not available anymore. The wb doesn't work anymore due to the encoding of images used for some time on premium themes by Stardock.

The IP works very well, but as I mentioned, the WB does not because of the encoding of the images. The installers for mycolor themes no longer work either under Windows 10. Classic work by treetog/Pixtudio - his username is on the start menu in the screenshot. ;-)

StealthOS was on my desktop for months back in the day. I met Mike on a visit to Stardock in the Detroit area back in 2005 or 2006. He is such a nice person. He's very polite, kind, and respectful to others. The skinning community lost a great talent when Mike retired from skinning. It was his creations that got me to use Windowblinds. His Tanblue and Tangreen skins were the first two WB skins I downloaded and used. Please come back, Mike!
