campaign fps drops to 4 how to solve

Hi guys and girls i got a problem with ashes... i cant play skirmish or campaign bcs when i start the battle my pc start lagging and fps are droping to 7 or 4 if you are asking on what i am playing its this :D :

processor intel core i5-9400F

32 gb ram 

Graphic card MSI GeFrorce RTX 2060 VENTUS XS 6G OC

and even i tried to lower the video settings id didnt help. So please someone help me i want to play :(

did you already solve the problem?

I dont think it is Ashes related. Your pc is heavy enough.

Does the benchmark option work or do your fps drop there as well?

 

Is this the only game you have these troubles with?
