Fully updated GC3 from Steam. When I do negotiations with other civilizations, the display is messed up with the trade screen laying over another screen.
Couldn't replicate this on my end.
Try verifying integrity of game files.
No luck -- verified the file integrity. The Diplomacy main UI is interfering with submenus.
Go to the folder Documents\My Games\GC3Crusade and rename or delete Prefs.ini
If that doesn't work try renaming the entire GC3Crusade folder to something else like OldGC3Crusade
Thank you for continuing to assist. I tried those steps as well as uninstalling and reinstalling the game. To recap:
1. Uninstall, reinstalll (Fail)
2. Rename Prefs.ini (Fail)
3. Rename GC3Crusade Folder, forcing a new folder to be generated (Fail)
Well this is odd.
What DLC do you have and which version are you playing on? Are you using any mods?

Oh, and what resolution are you playing on?
I have the same problem, under W10 and Linux(proton) same res as you 
I found a workaround,:
You need to click on the left/right arrow on the top bar, this will switch to the screen of another faction but it will set it correctly to fill the screen, then you can click the arrow on the other direction to move back to the one you was before and all show up correctly.
But only if the resolution is lower .
Still a problem. Well, I guess that will teach me to be a founder.
Try changing the size of the user interface in the settings. I'm just guessing...
I have the same problem, playing in 3440x1440 on an ultrawide. 21:9
Still broken. I haven't been able to use this game in over a year.
