Virulent Plague causing the Search for available Logistical Slots to become useless

Logistical Slots:

I’m running Sins Rebellion 1.94.  As you can see in the picture below the planet is fully upgraded, but since it has Virulent Plague the number of Logistical slots is reduced by 6.  This is very troublesome when I’m searching for available Logistical Slots via the drop down search menu as this is the only planet that ever shows up because 2 useless slots are available.  Please modify Virulent Plague to either subtract 4 or 8 Logistical Slots to allow the rest of the game and especially the Logistical Slots search function to work properly.  Thank you.
