BUG - Can't save graphics settings

The game refuses to save my graphics settings.  I set them, hit done, enter back into the graphics settings and it has reset to defaults.  I've tried all of the suggestions I've seen on the forums which include deleting some presets file and uninstalling and reinstalling the game.  Neither of these fix the issue. Can someone from stardock please help me?

A 3rd party program might be blocking the game from modifying files. Have you tried whitelisting GC3 in your anti-virus or any other such program on your PC?

I turned off anti-virus, uninstalled and reinstalled GC3 and I am still having this issue.  What is the next recommended troubleshooting step for this?

One important strange distinction here.  All of my other settings from other tabs (audio, interface, etc) are being saved -- it simply won't save the graphics settings.

I've tried reproducing it on my end and graphics settings changes are being remembered.

Go to Documents\My Games and verify if the folder GC3Crusade doesn't have read-only selected and also check on the Prefs.ini file in it.

Is it only some of the graphics settings that aren't being remembered or those this apply to all?

I was able to "solve" this by going into the pref.ini file and updating my settings there.  When I launched GC3 those settings were appearing set as such in the UI.  Thanks for your help.
