Is it possible to mix ship mods? I'd like to have a Star Destroyer, Kol and a Galaxy class in the same fleet.

Generally not. You basically need to know how to mod to mix major Sins mods.

You can get a Kol and a Star Destroyer together in Star Wars: Interregnum.(Full disclosure, I'm one of the developers).
