Steam Workshop support and new candidates have been added in this major update for the Political Machine 2020. Bernie may be out of the race, but he is still available as a candidate in The Political Machine 2020 to play with or against. If you're looking to recapture the glory of former elections, grab Ronald Reagan or Al Gore and try to win in 2020.

Steam Workshop: Upload and download new Ideology Trees to use with custom candidates!

Election Night Speed Controls: Whether you want a long, drawn out reveal or a quick conclusion, you now have full control over the speed of the election night camera.

End of Game Scorecard: The Election Night polls now calculate and show you the score of you and your opponent.

Balance / Additions

  • New Issue: Public Option for Insurance
  • Establishment Democrat Ideology uses Public Option instead of Medicare for All
  • Increased Hillary Clinton's Experience from 6 to 7
  • Increased Catherine Cortez Masto Intelligence from 5 to 6
  • Reduced Donald Trump's Minority Appeal from 6 to 5
  • Score now uses Electoral Votes, not Popular Votes
  • Thumbs up / down thresholds lowered so you see more granularity & fewer 'neutral' thumbs

not discrediting the creators you guys left out 

1. Endorsements

2.no consulting offices or outreach centers

3. Political capital and pr clout

4. no ground game ads

5. Less Candidates

6. Less political operatives

7. no campaign yet

8. less options for game length

9. Less options for game difficulty

10. less characteristics

11. options to randomize games population wealth etc

again not discrediting the creators work hopefully you can get these in the game

Hello

I like it that you include Reagan and AOC but I have a few suggestions.

First, although Reagan was a conservative, he wasn't nearly as conservative as Ted Cruz.

Second, AOC is not "dim". AOC was a finalist at the Intel International Science and Engineering Fair as a high school student. MIT was impressed with her work. Plus, she graduated from Boston University with honors.

Third, Barry Goldwater was not "sleepy". He was actually quite feisty and energetic. 

Fourth, Pete Buttigieg is not smart. He is a genius who knows eight languages, has a Harvard degree in English Literature and History, a Philosophy Politics and Economics degree from Oxford [reportedly one of the university's hardesd], and was a Naval Intelligence officer in Afghanistan.

 

Last, please put primaries.

I remember that you included a walkthrough guide last night in the form of a downloadable document. Today, I see you only have the guide on Steam. It is hard for me to read. Please advise as to where I can find the downloadable document.
