The Political Machine 2020 v1.1

New candidates and Steam Workshop support have been added in this major update for the Political Machine 2020. Bernie may be out of the race, but he is still available as a candidate here that you can play with or against. Or if you are looking to recapture the glory of former elections grab Ronald Reagan or Al Gore and try to win in 2020.

Balance / Additions

  • New Issue: Public Option for Insurance
  • Establishment Democrat Ideology uses Public Option instead of Medicare for All
  • Increased Hillary Clinton's Experience from 6 to 7
  • Increased Catherine Cortez Masto Intelligence from 5 to 6
  • Reduced Donald Trump's Minority Appeal from 6 to 5
  • Score now uses Electoral Votes, not Popular Votes
  • Thumbs up / down thresholds lowered so you see more granularity & fewer 'neutral' thumbs

Can you please provide us with instructions on how to mod?

As for AOC, she is certainly not dim. She graduated with honors from Boston University. Naive and a bit far out, but certainly not dim. She can hold her own quite well.

And Mayor Pete is a genius, not "smart". He knows eight languages, has an English Literature and History degree from Harvard,  and a philosophy politics economics degree [PPE] from Oxford, and was a navy intelligence officer in Afghanistan. As for Barry Goldwater's stamina, what on earth are you talking about? He lost in a landslide but giving him a "sleepy" rating is absurd. He was quite energetic and feisty.

And Reagan was more of a compassionate conservative/establishment Republican. He is not as far right as Ted Cruz or Mike Pence.
