Sorry for the late reply, but only now had time. I followed the instructions and WindowBlinds now works perfectly.
Now I have another problem, have changed the skin and also looks good, but my browser Firefox is suddenly very slow and almost stops, working at a snail's pace.
Is there a solution here, otherwise do I have to uninstall WindowBlinds again?

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. I'm using Firefox as my main browser, but I don't see the issue you mentioned. I don't think there is something in Windowblinds that effect your browser performance. Please try running Firefox in "Private Mode", since usually Private Mode run without add ons, and see if the issue resolve. And also try different browsers just to test the speed.

Try that and report back.

Thanks

Thanks for the feedback. I am convinced that it has something to do with WindowBlinds, because before I changed the skin with WindowBlinds, Firefox ran very quickly and without problems. I currently have no addons on Firefox. Opera runs fine, but Firefox is actually my # 1 browser.

Have you tried disable HIPS and see if it help. Taken from the link on Eset given above.

If you still experience difficulties, disable HIPS and restart your computer.  You can read more about HIPS here.
