WindowFX slows down window movement to 30FPS some seconds after opening/closing

Although I love the animations WindowFX provides, I have noticed that it runs at (I'm guessing) 30 Frames Per Second. The problem is that I have a 144HZ monitor, so my Windows desktop experience is at 144 Frames Per Second.

Every time I close, minimize, or open a window, my desktop degrades to either 30 (or 60?) FPS, and when moving the windows around it shows..

Is there a way to change or prevent that from happening?
