Could you release an update that just unlocks Oculus and the Demon Assassin?

In order to unlock these characters you have to join a multiplayer game. Nobody really plays this online anymore, but I think it would probably be easy to release a version with them already unlocked. It would be nice.

I am unable to login to my online multiplayer account for Demigod, meaning I could not unlock Demon Assassin or Oculus the official way.  (They normally unlock after starting an online match.)

I was able to edit the Windows Registry to unlock the characters.  There were two major steps:

  1. create the Registry key
  2. add the 10 "DWORD" values

The full Registry key: Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Stardock\ImpulseReactor\Demigod\DLC

(You will likely need to create each of the "ImpulseReactor", "Demigod", and "DLC" nested keys.)

The 10 "DWORD" values:

The two characters were unlocked next time I started Demigod, and I used them in LAN games.

These settings worked for Windows 10 and Windows 11.  I pulled these Registry settings from an older computer that already had the characters unlocked.
