Game wont go past loading Screen

Basically as Title says. I go to Steam and Launch the game which takes me to the Stardock Launcher. I then hit the green play button and now its stuck on the loading screen yet I can hear the intro. Ive already tried Validating files on Steam and it says All files Successfully Validated. I validate thru the Stardock Launcher and it says 1 file needed and it will be redownloaded. I can keep doing this and it says 1 file failed to validate and will be reacquired but it does this everytime I click validate thru the Stardock Launcher. Go to launch the game and its still stuck on the loading screen and I hear the intro playing. Need a way to fix this.
