Bug Nano Fabricator Tooltip v3.96

The Nano Fabricator tooltip displays "+25 Planet Production" when in reality the bonus is "+100 Planet Production".

Also the bonus indicated in the changelog does not exist (nor is it indicated in the tooltip, but there, it really does not need to be there).
