Precursor Fabricator-B, two years later

I found this post (https://forums.galciv3.com/483718/page/1/#3682173) while googling an issue of Precursor Fabricator which doesn't provide any adjacency bonus while it should provide "Social Construction" bonus. I guess Social Construction thing was done away with years ago, therefore the building isn't working.

This is one of those bugs I have fixed in my Modpack - Looks like Galactic Star Trek

Ya want the UCP_DLC7 component. (Fixes alot of the other issues with this DLC also)

Very interesting.

Which DLCs is it compatible with? I probably own all of them except those cartoonish races.
