Does not accept key

After reinstalling windows, the program does not want to activate.
Although before that I worked perfectly for more than a year.
I have a suspicion that this is probably due to the fact that
I did not remove it before reinstalling Windows.
I have a key, I bought DeskScapes 10 and it worked perfectly.
And now he writes to me, the activation key is incorrect.
How to help this?

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having trouble.

It is because you are trying to activated DeskScapes 10 with a DeskScapes 8 key.  You would need to purchase DS10, get that key, to activated that verison.

If you just want DS8, uninstall DS10 and get DS8 from your account.

Yes, this is my mistake,
I thought that the key applies to the updated version.
But this is not critical,
the old version is completely fine with me.
