But investigating Trump Russia collusion was in the U.S. national interest.
Does the U.S. give financial aid to foreign countries with no strings attached that these countries
can spend any way they want? If a foreign country uses aid from the U.S. to buy weapons to be
used against the U.S. or its allies do we keep sending them aid?
