Choice of HQs in skirmish : bug or feature ?

Hi,

I have OTC with Jupiter expansion (not a choice, it was pre-pacakaged like this) and when I start a skirmish mode, I can't access to the HQ I want, it gives me 4 random HQs out of 6.

Is there a way to choose among all the 6 types of HQs ? Otherwise, is there a way to disable the Jupiter expansion to get only the 4 basic HQs ?

Feature, in a standard game you will have a choice of 4 random HQs out of 6 unless you enable "all HQs unlocked" in the lobby advanced rules.

Well, I really don't see why they introduce randomness here, and I havent found this "all HQs unlocked" option. But hopefully I've found how to disable Jupiter expansion in Steam.

Thanks, I didn't notice there was a scrollbar on the right.

I've read somewhere that the beginner practice challenge "Managing expectations" was harder than Skirmish mode, but when I switched to Skirmish mode, I was forced to play with expansion factions I didn't know, so I came back to "Managing expectations" :

And it seems that 96% of players can't pass it, maybe there should be a more progressive tutorial introducing various strategies ?

Also, I'd love to need to adapt my strategy to the map and to what other players do, but it seems like a good build order is enough to win.
