Can't purchase base game on Steam.

Free multiplayer is showing up as base game in library so I can't re-purchase.

I've been enjoying, via Steam, the free multiplayer mode of Offworld for a few days now and was looking forward to purchasing the base game so I can get some single player in, but the free download is showing in my library as "Offworld Trading Company" and the base game is showing in the store as "Offworld Trading Company" so I'm unable to purchase through the store, as it's claiming it to be something I already own, despite the fact that the in-game menus are telling me that I need to purchase the base game to access single player.

Please advise.

Does it show you have the core game DLC on Steam? We recently removed the free client but everyone who already had it still has it. Might be some weirdness. For single player I think you still need the core DLC.

I don't even see the core DLC as an option. My Library just says "Offworld Trading Company" (though it's just the Multiplayer Client) and the store says "Offworld Trading Company" on the main store page - no mention of being the *core DLC*. And while Steam is recognizing both as being the same thing (since they're apparently listed as the same thing) ... they clearly aren't, as the GAME is still locking me out of single player options.

I did just get this response from Stardock's Facebook page:

"This appears to be an issue on Steam's end, so our publishing director has reached out to Valve to get it corrected. I'll let you know as soon as we hear anything. Thanks so much for bringing this to our attention, and have an awesome day!"

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having trouble.

We had to work out something with Steam - which should be set now.  You will want to purchase the 'Full Game Upgrade' here:

Sorry for the trouble
