WindowBlinds 10.74 (Win 10) does not work on Vivaldi 2.8 (64 bit).

Are you asking why Windowblinds does not skin anything, you will need to install Start 10 or 11 as they work together.



Please explain to me how Start 10/11 has anything to do with skinning any program as I must have missed something since all it does is skin the taskbar/start menu.

I was just making sure you knew about the symbiotic relationship between WB and Start10/11 as you wrote

Yes, because I couldn't get WindowBlinds (the forum we're in) to skin Vivaldi (the app we're referring to). Has nothing to do with the Start 10/11 software.

Apologies if my replies seemed rude, I've been in a mood & it just irked me when Start 10/11 got brought up since it has nothing to do with it & just adds confusion where it's not needed.
