I don't think anyone would understand what you are asking COMMAN1978, could you be a little more clearer?
You should have received a reply from the Moderator if it
was rejected , and maybe the reason why ..

COMMAN1978, looks like the rejection email wasn't complete...I receive copies of all emails sent and yours was missing clarification.
Wincustomize.com's galleries are moderated to maintain a reasonable standard of acceptance and also to limit what could become a flood, particularly an issue with Wallpapers, and to only a slight lesser degree - Dreams.
This one was reviewed and found to be perhaps a little too 'subtle' or simplistic with the animation...;)

I'm not sure I understand why we would reject something because the animation is 'subtle'. Is there another reason it was rejected?
