Even if you buy the best hardware you still don't have the best your computer can be.

All I could find is a magazine that showed what the best hardware for your pc. is. First a magazine needs to use the average american pc. I don't want to maximise the cost I want a magazine that will show me how to maximise my pc with what I have.

If you are looking for some build ideas and guides on how to set them up I recommend starting with the community guides from PCPartPicker.

I don't want a better computer. I want to make my computer the best it can be. Even if I had a 9950 i7 processor with a 2080 super graphics. The computer still can do better. The magazines don't tell you how to make your computer better. Just how to pay more money. Better hardware, not a better computer, but most hardware is not optimised. No one tells me how to optimise my computer. Just how to pay more money.

Why is there a link to a movie streaming app for android on this thread?  I would think this constitutes spam?

Ok here are my specs it's a pretty decent 1200 dollar computer the problem isn't the computer. It's the nohow to optimise it. My processor is a i7 6800. My memory 16 gigabytes of ram. My graphics card is a 1080 to. I have a SSD drive for windows, and gaming. 500 gigabytes. The problem is I don't know how to optimise it. I have this problem with every computer I buy is I don't know how to optimise it. I used to read maximum of, but all they talked about really is hardware, not optimising windows, and the computer.

This is how I improve my computer performance speed.

Control panel

System

Advanced system settings

System properties

performance settings

I turn off some of the windows animations, this speeds it up.

I turn off or remove security software for a huge performance boost.

I am happy with my new performance.
