Tools ... Browse Icon Packager Themes says Icon Packager is not installed

Browse Icon Packager Themes nonfunctional

I bought IconPackager somewhat later than IconDeveloper, and both work. However, Icon Developer does not recognize the Icon Packager as installed. I couldn't find any pertinent settings or registry settings, so I was hoping some knew a fix so that I can get this to work. I may uninstall and re-install IconDeveloper but thought I would try the forum first.
