your account is set up using your email account you signed up with.

Make sure you did type in the right email when you signed up .

It appears that your product key is assigned to another users email address in your orginization. Hint (Heather)

same issue here,

I have purchased Fences Software two Years back with an my work email and it was working well until I installed a new windows to my machine, need to have the software again and every time I enter the product key with the same email account, an error window pops up that this is invalid email with the product key..

 

 

 

Order was at 20/9/2017.

 

 

 

Please help me restore my software again.

That product key will probably work on Fences 2. I don't believe it will work on the current version of 3. If that is what your trying to install.

What version of fences are you trying to install ?

If you had v2 and trying to install v3 you will have to upgrade.

Every time I am trying to submit the ticket with the email I used to place the order it gives me an error message that this email is not valid..

 

this was my Order number: 4092242 dated 20-Sep-2017 / 10:28:15 am and I have the product key off coarse.

Many times people will make a purchase with one email address, and then activate the product key with a different email address and then forget which email address they used.   To help find the email address that is assigned to your product key, please visit the Order History page at https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/orders . 

If you have not created a Stardock Account yet, you will need to do so and you should create it with the Email Address which you used when placing your order.   Once, you have successfully created and validated your account you will be able to login and view your Order History page.

On the order history page you will want to click on the link for "Download Product Key Status (.csv)".  This will download a text/csv file that you can open with NotePad or Excel.  This file will display the keys associated with your purchase and the email address that key was associated to.

dear I Have my product key and this was sent to me in the original order email like I said to you two years ago. and when I put the product key it says that its not working, this is what I am trying to tell you from my first message and till now you are not able to solve my issue.
