No Victory Triggered

When I complete levels in the Genesis section, I am victorious but the game just keeps going on. This has happened for levels 3,4 and 5 so far. I save the game at a few different stages toward the end and then re-load a save and sometimes it completes. If the save is where all the objectives are met, then it completes with the victory screen as soon as the level is loaded. I got a couple of screeenshots but no mechanism to upload on this forum. Any ideas?
