Am I missing components to get the full windowblinds experience?

I just bought Start10 and Windowblinds, and just tried a free theme. Some elements from the screenshot are missing. The start menu still looks black as it was when I got Start10. The taskbar looks different though, and so do the windows and window buttons. it did not set the background shown in the screenshot of the windowblind though. Am I missing any other components? Do I need to buy anything else?

Right click on the start button and choose Configure Start10. Choose Windows 7 style. The background or wallpaper does not install with the windowblind. Read the description of where you downloaded it. Some times the author will say if the wallpaper is included.
