No admin center for Synthetic race

Why is there no Admin center available for Synthetic races? (Don't know about silicon, maybe it's the same for them) How are they supposed to come by admins late game?

If there is another source for admins, specifically for Synthetic races, I haven't found it yet.

As it is now, I feel compelled to only use admin citizens - I can't afford any of the other citizens or otherwise I'll lose the colonization game at higher difficulties. I'm currently playing second highest difficulty right now, and the only reason I'm (barely) leading on colonization is that except for one leader, I've always selected admins, and I didn't bother with Survey ships (which I already start to regret). Promoting the admins helps, but it took ages for me to find a planet with Epimethous pollen, and the Prometium cost is hurting when you're trying to save some up for pop assembly!

Long before Stardock added the Administration Center, I created the "Administration Training Institute" mod, which does essentially the same thing but does work for synthetic races. It still works as originally uploaded. You can find it, if interested, on nexusmods.com. I'd provide a direct link but I'm on the road and posting from my phone. BTW, in case you are concerned about AI balance, I find the AI builds more of them than I do.

Hi,

I play at the third difficulty level because the AI movement bonuses on the top 2 in the opening give me conniptions - and also disable tech brokering which makes life a lot easier.

As to the expansion phase if you can stomach benevolent robots then it can be v effective. A free colony ship after colonising the  first exo-planet allows one to increase the population of the home world - since you get 5 colonists on the free ship and can leave four at home - and otherwise help  speed things up. Also the bonus  three levels in where planets start with 3 population rather than 1 is extremely helpful both with silicon and carbon based races.

Cheers,

Jon

The Administrator Training Institute mod can be found here: https://www.nexusmods.com/galacticcivilizations3/mods/103

It still works on Intrigue and Retribution.
I cant use, or read your mod why. Can you write this in Notepad, so I can.

Unzip it into your Documents\My Games\GC3Crusade\Mods folder and start a new game. The improvement will be available when you research the Colonial Settlements tech.  I just started a new game as Slyne and I see it, so it works for Silicon life.

Note that after unzipping it you should have a Documents\My Games\GC3Crusade\Mods\AdministratorSchool folder that contains a Game folder and a Text folder.
