Sorry to hear you are having trouble.

To let everone know fx doesn't work with Windows 10 newest build

I was able to verify that something is indeed wrong on those builds (18917 and 18932).  I will log it internally, thank you for the report.

It doesn't work on Insider build 18950 either - I upgraded to that trying to get CursorFX to run, not only did it not fix that, but it broke my WindowFX.

We have an internal update of WindowFX which addresses the change Microsoft made to Windows Insider builds which is upsetting WindowFX startup.  Once this has finished testing it will be released.
