Fallen Enchantress: Legendary Heroes

I am trying to play this on a new PC. I have reinstalled it twice. The game doesn't even get to a load screen. I click play and it flickers briefly and nothing. What else can I try?

Hey,

So first I recommend going to this post and going through the steps and see if that fixes your game.

Have you tried many other games on this new PC yet? It might be missing a redistribute or something.
