Windows FX 6.04 and Windows 10 1903 18908.1000

Not working

from Stardock Forums

WindowsFX no longer seems to function on Windows 10 1903 (18908.1000).  The application can be enabled but does not effect Windows Explorer or any other application windows.

WinFX has many 'effects' what one is not working for you?  This is showing that wobbly and transitions work:

I just updated my Surface Pro to 1903 and WinFX works flawlessly here.  Just sayin...

Just checked here on a clean 1903 and yes WindowFX 6.04 seems to be working just fine.

I would recommend a reinstall of WindowFX as Sean suggested.
