Well, apparently WindowBlinds IS at least partially installed, otherwise you wouldn't see anything. I'm guessing that you got a borked install, possibly anti-virus related, etc.
Someone from support will help you shortly. It looks like you'll have to reinstall WindowBlinds. Be patient, someone will help you further.

Followed your instructions, and I still get the same results.
I found this to be the issue. It appears this has been an issue with Eset for a long time.
