No Key on Receipt and link to Download wants me to pay again!

Hi,

 

Having tried to contact Stardock several times already I'm now posting here.  I purchased the Game Machine founders edition this morning and have a receipt email from Stardock.  The space where the Product Key is supposed to be is empty.  When I click the link to download the product I get to the stardock product page which requires me to add the product to the basket and buy it again.  I have no coupon code.  I emailed and received the generic response back pointing me at the page to retrieve product codes associated with my email address.  I got my code back for another product but nothing for the Game Machine.  At this time I can't download the software and don't have a product key - but Stardock have my money and have a receipts from PayPal and Stardock to that effect.  (BTW I have checked both of my email addresses on the product key finder web page).  Please help!

Apparently the alpha build of The Video Game Machine will be available on the 29th of this month. Hopefully by then we will have a code and download link. I'm not a customer support rep for Stardock, so please don't hold me to these words; I just did a little digging and saw this information in another forum on this site.

That is correct.

Give valuable input on mechanics and gameplay during the development process by joining our Founder's program! You'll get access to the alpha of the game on May 29th, plus all future betas and the full game upon final release. Joining the program also includes a special Founder's badge for the forums.

Thanks, obviously so hyped I didn't read all of the email and hit the "Join Now" button expecting instant gratification!  Will wait as advertised!

Yeah, sorry for any confusion about the codes & Alpha 1 release date. Codes will indeed be sent out May 29th so you guys can start playing!
