Multiplicity KVM

Arrrghhh!!!

Hey guy at support!  I know we have covered this before, yet I can't find the thread, so...

 

I have Multiplicity KVM Pro and when I try to connect to my laptop, it connects, but all I see is a KVM window with a gray background and nothing else. I can access the laptop via seamless control, but KVM not working. Help?

No help Sean.  Drivers up to date, CTRL Alt Backspace does nothing.  CTRL Alt Delete does bring up options on the laptop, but the KVM window is still grey.
