All of a sudden my tiles panel has disappeared. I had in docked on right side and set to autohide. Now it is not accessible. I can see a line show up along right side of screen when I first start windows but it quickly disappears and I am unable to get the Tiles panel to open if I move mouse to right side of screen.

When I run the Purge_Tiles.bat I get error message shown in attached graphic.
