How to correctly translate ThemeManager into my language?

"Applications"="Anwendung"
"Language"="Sprache"
"Theme Options"="Thema Optionen"  .......

This method does not work!!!

And if I translate in this way, then I do not know which numbers correspond to the words ...

1=Anwendung
2="Sprache"
3="Thema Optionen"

 

Please! Help Me!  Please give a sample by which I can translate the program.
