BUG: Game still advancing while paused

If you set your gamespeed to pause, then use the 'flight tracker' option to see the path air units will take, when you leave the tracker it'll set your game to minimum speed. This can be especially deadly if it goes unnoticed during setup and suddenly you are hit by units you weren't ready for.
