Just bought this game and it will not download for me.   On the download page, I press the button and get a msg that there was an error and to use the link for support.  I get an answer but5 it leads to the same download page.  On the "my downloads" page, the game is listed but their is no download button.  I know it was just released but I see no other complaints on the forum. Tried activating on steam. says key already used by another acct.  I just have my one acct.  Was it stolen or an error on Stardock?

Yep same is happening to me. And sent an email to them and apparently they dont help with this issue.  Talk about frustrating!

The game is actually available through Steam, and we do not have a direct download for it.  But a mis-configuration in our system was presenting that information incorrectly on the receipt and download page.  We appologize for the confusion.

Please use Steam to download Siege of Centauri:

 

Downloading your game

Download from: http://www.steampowered.com/getsteam

Once you log in to your existing Steam account (or create a new one), select the "Games" tab and the "Activate a product on Steam..." menu item. Enter the product code provided from your receipt to register your product with Steam. The "Library" tab can be used to install and play the game.

Doesn't work for me.  I get the msg that the product key has been used already on  another steam acct.  I cannot find siege of centauri on  steam anywhere.  I'll wait till tomorrow to look further.  So far, I'm glad it is only 10 bucks as there are no refunds for beta games thru you folks.  Perhaps I don't understand how this works, do I just enter the product key into steam and then it downloads as a working copy?  There is no need to go to Stardock at all except for the initial purpose?   Why not just sell it on steam    Thanks

sheesh, I have trouble just navigating these forums...

Anyway, I got Siege installed and all, but now I have not mouse cursor visible once I start the game...   Not sure how to fix this.

Managed to get game downloaded and running fine until lvl 8.  Game freezes as soon as I load that level.
