Incorrect WC Subscription dates

I just ordered 2 units of the Wincustomize subscription via the anniversary email I got.  I only see one year showing in my account. I emailed sales support only to be told to use the forums, so here I is....

Also, I lost the remaining time I had left on my last subscription.   Please fix this system.  Seems to happen a lot, to me at least.

 

I should have like 2 1/2 years sub now.
