Subscription Options Not Working

Hi SD,

The "Stars" in my subscription list are not clickable-- they don't do anything.

There is no way to unsubscribe from a single post unless I'm missing something.

The only way I know to subscribe to a post is to uncheck the box labeled Subscribe to this post, then check it again. This seems to work whether I leave a reply, or not.

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having issues. If you are talking about that yellow star. Its working for me. Tried on Firefox and Chrome browsers both working for me. And on Subscription list too.

Suggest to try test it in incognito/private mode to see if it working. If it does most probably there is one of your add-on blocking that function.

I tried using Firefox, Waterfox, and Edge.

I will try disabling add-ons. I don't use an ad-blocker on these forums.

If it turns out to be an add-on, I'll let you know,

Hi Basj,

I disabled all add-ons except LastPass-- no joy :-(

Clicking on the Star in my subscription list does nothing.

There are a couple of subscriptions that I'd like to stop watching, but the only option I have is to unsubscribe from all of them and that is not my first choice,

PS I use Waterfox as my default browser.

Well, I just download and install Waterfox, and that star still show dropdown menu, when I click on it. It unsubs me from this thread.

It might be simple, have you try the clearing of caches and histories?

I don't know if this will help, but when I hover over the Star, the link it points to is, "https://forums.stardock.com/subscriptions#".
