windowblinds activation key not working

okay,i bought windowblinds sometime around October. i got a new computer so i downloaded all the stuff i bought but windowblind was the only one not working, i got this messege

 

email address is not valid for the product key

 

any way to fix that?

You had created multiple accounts that needed to be merged - believe I have found them all and done so.....

okay, could i email you the receipt? im just asking to do that just to prove that i did buy it.
