Minor Factions DLC and Galaxy Forge Maps Breaking

Anyone else?

1.92 stable Rebellion maps I've made in GF before the new DLC break if I edit anything now in Galaxy Forge.

Number of players, map description, planets--you name it.

On one map, I noticed at the end that there was a single line of random, mixed-case letters about 10-12 characters long--other maps have made no such thing.

Unfortunately, I've broken about nine maps now (before realizing it).

Before I start tedious examination and trial, anyone else noticed this behavior?

It's broken for everyone. Fortunately there is a fairly doable work around until it is fixed in the next update.

Thanks.  I just missed this.

In either galaxy forge or notepad, try changing the player type.

playerType "NPCOccupationVictory"

to

playerType "Normal"

Looks like this was an accidental bug in galaxy forge that changed this default value.

Thanks a lot GoaFan77 it worked for me too. i would just add that don't forget in the notepad to change the player type for everyone if it can save someone 2 minutes before figuring out.

Can you tell me how to change the player type?

In case you didn't manage to change player type, do this:
1. Open your map with notepad;
2. Press Ctrl+H;
3. at "Find what" put "NPCOccupationVictory"
4. at "Replace with" put "Normal"
5. then press "Replace all";
6. save.

Ironically, now that the 1.94 update has come out, this issue should now be fixed.
