I bought multiplicity from steam. I am trying to upgrade it. When I enter my e-mail addy it says im not eligible for upgrade pricing.  How do I upgrade the version I got from steam and qualify for upgrade pricing?

I'm wondering the same thing, but haven't yet been able to find an actual answer to the question anywhere it's been asked--either on Steam's or Stardock's forums.

Is this question "That which shall not be answered," a next-door neighbor of "he who shall not be named"?   :-)

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having trouble.

Steam versions are not eligible for upgrade options at this time.

Same issue, guess I will be returning my steam purchase when I get home tonight and purchasing from you website instead.  I will submit feedback to steam letting them know the product is non-up-gradable through their store.

Why is that? I bought mine from Steam paying cash during sale (I can provide receipt), and not in a bundle. If I own a license of the program why does it matter from where is it?

Hope you reconsider your policy, Thanks
