You will probably need to provide more information as to what exactly is happening rustysam. Are you getting a message, error, ???

No error message. When Iclick on process order, nothing happens. I had similar problem about 1 week ago with A-red skin.  I am using windows10 insider edition build 18323

Sorry to hear you are having issues.

what browser are using ( check that ad blocker is turned of )

if Chrome browser try an incognito window

or try a different browser .

I continued wsith Edge browser and disabled adblock and successfully completed order and downloaded product. Thanks for the help. much appreciated.
