What IconPackager Theme is This?

Hey yall,

So I was looking at Lightstars' Yosemite skin and I wanted to check out that IconPackager theme that was used in the screenshot provided. I can't seem to find it and didn't see anything about it in the comments either. Can someone point me in the right direction?
