WinCustomize expiration date

As others have recently posted - I renewed my WinCustomize sub today, but it still says 'expires in 63 days' in my MyDownloads page on SD.com (https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products)

Assistance appreciated.

So now when I look, WinCustomize doesn't appear on the MyDownloads page. How can I actually see my expiration date for WinCustomize?

I see WinCustomize again, and it reflects 'Expires in 364 days'. Thanks for taking care of this!

Sorry SD but what is right is right.

Brian. If you renewed on 1/2./19 and had 63 days left your 364 days it now shows aren't correct. Your 63 days should have been added to the 365 days on 1/2/19 when you renewed.

You should be showing 428 remaining days right now.

Dave - you are right, of course. I was just glad to see at least the 1-year extension reflected :-).

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having trouble.

My math mistake figuring out what the problem was in the first place.  Fixed the time and my apologies.

You do great work and this could happen to anyone. Support wouldn't be the same without you.
